"The best my dog has ever looked! Her haircut is absolutely perfect and the bow in her hair is the sweetest! My 8 year old Penny is scared of everyone (she’s a rescue and previously abused unfortunately) and she was actually super happy when she was done and looked so amazing! These ladies are wonderful at Fluff IT! Pet Spa! My dog's stranger anxiety is through the roof! He's the type of dog that most groomers would turn away. These girls however are SUPER patient! They're friendly, professional, clean, and caring. I'm so happy I found them. I can't wait for my pup to get comfortable with them. I can't recommend enough! Thank you Victoria for cutting Chara's nails!
I could give a lot more stars if I could! I can't say enough good things about this business. My dog has severe anxiety when it comes to going to the groomer and vet. She would shake and cry as soon as we pulled in the parking lot. Then I had to watch her being dragged back to where they did they grooming. It was a nightmare for us both. I started to bath her myself but she is a 60 pounds and not willing to go in the tub. Another nightmare. When fluff it pet spa pulled in my driveway I was shocked to see my dog go right on the van. Happy, loving the girls. For the first time ever I felt at ease knowing she wasn't afraid. It was a huge deal for us both! I can't thank these ladies enough for their knowledge and patience and just being good at their job. I highly recommend this small business to anyone who has a nervous dog. I highly recommend them even if you're dog doesn't has anxiety about grooming. Just for the fact that they come to you! I just sat in my house knowing that my dog was in very capable hands right in my driveway! Oh, and the price was super reasonable! Plus I got a report card, bandana and some cute Halloween treats! I will use Fluff it Pet spa again and again!
