Pricing & Policies
Our starting prices are based on your pet’s breed, size/weight, and the services requested. We do our best to provide an accurate quote in advance, with the help of a photo. However, final pricing may be adjusted once we see your pet in person and begin the grooming process. Adjustments are typically due to factors such as:
Condition of Coat
Pets with matting or excessive shedding require specialized care and extra time to safely remove the matted or impacted coat. Pricing will vary based on the severity and the time needed to complete the service..
Medical or Age-Related Disabilities
Elderly pets, overweight pets, or those with certain medical conditions may need extra time and special care. We adjust our grooming process to move at their pace, ensuring their comfort and safety, as well as our groomers..
Behavioral Challenges
Some pets may display aggression or high anxiety, which can make the grooming process more challenging. We’re committed to working patiently with these pets to help grooming become a comfortable and positive experience. However, this often requires additional time, as we move at the pet’s pace to ensure both their safety and the safety of our groomers.
Appointment Confirmations
We send a reminder and confirmation request 4 days before your appointment. If we don’t receive a response, we’ll send a second confirmation request 48 hours prior. If confirmation is not received by 5:00 PM on the day of the second request, your appointment will be automatically canceled and removed from our schedule.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer the spot to another client on our waitlist. Late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to fill the time, so we truly appreciate your consideration.
We welcome dogs of all sizes!
Please note: for XL dogs or multiple pets, we may require access to water to ensure a thorough grooming experience. If water access is needed, we’ll confirm with you prior to your appointment.
